At Sentinel Defense Legal Services Inc. (SDLS), we hold ourselves and our independent sales associates to the highest professional standards.  Sentinel Defense Legal Services Inc.’s Code of Ethics reflects our commitment to engaging in ethical business practices that not only protect & serve our first responder and public safety subscribers, but also help them improve their quality of life by teaching life-transforming skills to both them and our sales associates.  

We are committed to delivering exceptional products and services that promote peace of mind and confidence to our subscribers in a world that is often unappreciative and judgmental of the work our subscribers perform.  Sentinel Defense Legal Services Inc. and its associates are guided by the following Core Values:

  • Ensure that current and prospective subscribers are well informed about the legal statutes and policy reforms affecting their industry, as well as providing services and products that meet those changes.  We will provide clear and accurate information about SDLS’s services, respond to questions with timely and truthful answers, and avoid any misleading or deceptive representations.
  • Refrain from any unethical or illegal practices with respect to our prospective and current subscribers and sales associates; and we will respect the privacy and expressed requests of all those with whom we are affiliated.
  • Honor refund requests for subscribers and sales associates as described in our Policies and Procedures, which will be clear and intelligible.
  • Receive, investigate and adjudicate all service or independent contractor complaints seriously, and endeavor to quickly and fully respond to any issues that arise from subscribers or sales associates.
  • Provide all current and prospective sales associates with truthful and non-misleading information about the economic opportunity our platform affords and avoid any misleading or deceptive representations.
  • Ensure that all subscribers and associates — regardless of age, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or religious affiliation — understand and benefit from the services offered by Sentinel Defense Legal Services Inc., and, if interested, the business opportunity.
  • Provide training, encouragement and support to sales associates whom we sponsor, and to ensure that even the newest SDLS associate adheres to the same high standards expected for all associates.
